Well I've commented several times that what would happen is that President Trump would issue another Executive Order with different wording, more vague, so that no Leftist Agitators such as the ACLU and their assorted ilk could find even a tiny hole in it with which to begin Bedwetting and stamping their feet.

The new Executive Order will be airtight, it'll also encompass strict National Security reasons for issuing the Executive Order and then the Homeland Security department will be told to do their job and also the State Department will be told to do their job in denying any and/or all Visas and also revoking any and/or all existing Visas and ALL on the grounds of National Security reasons.

Bedwetting leftists aside, the correct way our government works is if a court kicks back an EO or legislation, they are saying that as written, it doesn't do what it says and may be unconstitutional. So, Congress or the President addresses the issues the court has with the law and then reissues.

Easy peasy. I'm confident that the first EO would have passed the SCOTUS, simply because they have a record of overturning 80%+ of the 9th circuit.

"President Trump got to work early Friday picking apart a federal court’s decision not to reinstate his controversial travel ban, noting that the detailed 29-page order did not include one mention of the statute he claims gives him broad authority on immigration.

Wittes wrote that this statute speaks to one of two “big questions” on which the case will turn.

You know, the ban on refugees probably would have gotten through if the EO hadn't also banned out-of-country citizens from coming back and people with workers visas entering. If I remember correctly, the judges on the case used that section of the EO as their reasoning to not reinstate it.

Perfectly fine blocking potential ISIS refugees from entering. Not fine to block American Citizens and leave them stranded in a literal desert.

As I heard it there are 120 new executive orders being prepared. Each to be released one at a time on successive days. All sufficiently different that each would require a fresh abdication of security by the liberal-captive courts and so have full effect for a single day. New day: New EO.
