No. It was Jury nullification.Lol! Go talk to Mark Fuhrman. He's the reason why O.J. was found not guilty.
Besides OJ was a sellout until he got evicted from house negro status.

No, when Fuhrman lied, it destroyed the prosecutions case.No. It was Jury nullification.

You're kidding right ? Get help.Despite your finest delusions there is so such thing as black privilege. You are a white supremacist and you're in here talking about how white supremacy is made up.
Even better..He‘d defend Hitler if he had been black.
Yeah, the glove supposedly washed away million's of other very valid points of evidentiary evidence, otherwise that couldn't be disputed, and still stands to this very day undisputed, but the glove boss, de glovvvvve. No, when Fuhrman lied, it destroyed the prosecutions case.
to no one in particular that we know.who was Neely talking to then ?

You mean he wasn't?He‘d defend Hitler if he had been black.
Well, the guy's death was unfortunate but I think the anger about this guy being charged is more about the LACK OF CHARGES for so many others whose crimes Bragg ignores. Anyway, the Penny defense fund is at nearly 2 million now. All he needs is for a high end criminal defense lawyer to offer services pro bono and he'll be rewarded for doing the right thing. NOT for killing, but for trying to protect citizens from an obviously mentally ill man making threats.
Now, that's up to the jury, isn't it, if a Judge throws the Constitution under the bus. It's a second amendment issue, which makes it clear that if a person is threatened with calamity, death, or even a death threat, his self-defense is appropriate at which time an American judge acknowledges that self-defense is accepted, no further hearing necessary. It's in the hands of the judges to follow the Constitution, and they usually do.
No. It was Jury nullification.
That seems to be the primary takeaway. Live in fear and don't DARE try to help a neighbor who is facing real danger. These people are pure evil.In NYC, help no one!
Your eyes, they're brown, right?Conservatives seem to want to legalize the murder of undesirables.
Been done before, guys.
You're a black supremacist racistDespite your finest delusions there is so such thing as black privilege. You are a white supremacist and you're in here talking about how white supremacy is made up.
Actually you would, because he is cut from the same cloth as most of you racist are.Good grief, you'd defend Hitler if it furthered your political agenda's..
.Actually you would, because he is cut from the same cloth as most of you racist are.
.Normal people are enraged that a U.S. Marine who acted to protect the lives of innocent people against a deranged criminal who issued a broad threat that he “didn’t care if he has to go to jail for life, [he] would kill someone“ - is being threatened with 15 years in prison and thus have contributed $2 million for his defense.
What this brave young man has to fear is that he will have a jury composed of Mareners and Dantes on his panel - and they are not his “peers.” They are insane leftists who continue to paint Neely as an innocent victim, when he fact he was a dangerous thug who has been arrested multiple times, including for three violent attacks against passengers in the subway.
A law-abiding, brave, and capable citizen who steps in to stop a criminal does not stand a chance in a pro-criminal, anti-cop environment such as NYC.
