It seems that Trump not only feels like he needs to outfit his own cabinet back here in the States for his administration, but he's also making selections for diplomats to America from other countries.

Remember the metals businessman who turned politician and got Brexit passed? He's the one that Trump wants as ambassador to America from Britain, even though the job is already filled.

Guess he doesn't know that America doesn't select the diplomats from other countries that come here.

I guess he hasn't learned from Obama and Hillary that you can murder and try to remove leaders from office the way they did Libya's leader and tried to do with Assaud.

Well then, if the Brits are so much against President-Elect Trump, why has Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II invited him to stay at Buckingham Palace next year?

She never invited Obozo to the palace. Never.

Didn't say that they were against him, just that they didn't like him telling them who they should have as a diplomat to the US. It's THEIR diplomat, and THEIR country, not ours. We have little to no say what other countries do with their appointments, just like they are supposed to stay out of our politics.

By the way, you said that she never invited Obama to the palace. If that's true, then why did the Obama's stay at Buckingham Palace in the Belgian suite? It's in the palace, and they were invited by the Queen.

Here...............from the link....................

These visits are an integral part of the Royal year, with each guest being treated in an identical fashion as to the protocol and accommodation. It doesn’t matter if the country concerned is the most powerful nation on Earth or the tiniest – the hospitality is exactly the same.

At Buckingham Palace, after their ceremonial welcome followed by the mandatory carriage drive along the flag-bedecked Mall, President Obama and the First Lady will be given the use of the Belgian Suite on the ground floor at the rear of the Palace.

Named after King Leopold I of the Belgians – Queen Victoria’s favourite uncle who wouldn’t sleep anywhere else – it was occupied by the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh for some months in the early days of her reign, and both Prince Andrew and Prince Edward were born there.
