OK, I'll dumb it down for you. The Cleveland Browns suck. They will never win anything until they get solid, dependable football ownership that doesn't depend on analytics
to pick their players. Baker Mayfield is just a one step upgrade from Johnny Manziel. He could be good. But I don't think you can cure bad decisions.
Cleveland is just snakebit.
