Cliven's COUNTY bought up the grazing permits from the blm, ALL OF THEM, in 1998 and retired them is what this article says?

Uhh, we've got quotes from his local newspaper with him saying everything that has been attributed to him so who knows where you are getting your "info" from....

and the article from his local paper SAID it was his COUNTY that bought up the grazing rights from the BLM in 1998 and HIS COUNTY that decided to retire those rights.....

ISN'T HIS COUNTY part of his State? then maybe he should take it up with his own State and County for retiring the grazing permit rights that they bought from the blm?
