Now the slut in the Oval Office…
Based on what you've revealed in other postings, with regard to your moral standards [or lack thereof], I find it ironic that you'd refer to anyone else as a “slut”.

Now the slut in the Oval Office…
It has been the custom for every president to release his tax returns. Now the slut in the Oval Office will not release his, and thinks that he has the powers of a dictator. When will he be responsible? When will his administration be transparent, as we all expect? He must be hiding something, and something big.
To what do you refer? I never slept my way across New York. He did. Sorry, Charlie. I never feared getting an STD because I never had to. What have your standards been throughout your life, including your youth? Given your big moralistic mouth, did you or did you not give the gift of your virginity to your wife? Now the slut in the Oval Office…

That is circumventing clear constitutional eligibility. It will get shot down by the Looney 9th Circuit, before it even goes to the SCOTUS.A State can not put conditions on someone legally allowed to run for President.
States can conduct their own primaries. Candidates have to get on the ballots of each state.
You have a point. The requirements for president are listed in the Constitution. States cannot add to them short of a Constitutional amendment..
Yup. And you won't find revealing private tax returns as one of those requirements.
Seems the Governors of some states don't know shit about the Constitution.
can we find collecting some arbitrary number of signatures among those requirements?
It also used to be customary for a previous president not to comment on the current one. How's that working out?It has been the custom for every president to release his tax returns. What gives States the right to circumvent the constitution to exclude candidates who don't go around getting a bunch of people to sign a petition.
We have uncovered lots of unconstitutional bullshit that the Duopoly has been perpetrating.
.
Previous presidents have complied with tradition. Why can't a previous president speak out about a "president" who does not play by the rules. The slut in the Oval Office seems to be hiding a whole lot.. No wonder that a previous president, who played by the rules, speaks out..Why aren't you, as an American, insisting on transparency. It also used to be customary for a previous president not to comment on the current one. But, you see how that may be in conflict with the supreme law of the land (the constitution) don't you?I personally do not think they are circumventing the Constitution. How a state runs their elections is left very much up to them.
That previous "president" has enough skeletons in his own closet, and probably shouldn't be speaking out about our current President. As to "tradition" about taxes, there's no requirement that he provide them to anyone but the IRS, and state government tax offices. YOU do not need to see anyone's taxes.Previous presidents have complied with tradition. Why can't a previous president speak out about a "president" who does not play by the rules. Trump won't win California's electoral votes anyway. So California just saved him the trouble of having to campaign there. If Gov. Gavin Newsom signs the bill, Donald Trump would have to release his taxes in order to get on the state’s 2020 primary ballot.
Tell that to the Libertarians.A State can not put conditions on someone legally allowed to run for President.
They can and do. All the time.Nope. California votes would not be counted because the ballots were non conforming.
Nonconforming to what? States can conduct their own primaries.
A state can not make demands on a persons qualifications to run for President.
So you like someone who is deliberately hiding something. What is stopping your president (not "our" president) from revealing what all of the other presidents have revealed? He acts like a criminal and he probably is onThat previous "president" has enough skeletons in his own closet, and probably shouldn't be speaking out about our current President. So, since you are not from the United States, why do you even care about President Trump's taxes? So you like someone who is deliberately hiding something. Why not is not relevant. It is a fact and it makes this 'law' irrelevant to Trump. Which is the only reason it exists so this is clearly pointless.....So, if Governor Newsom signs it - Trump will have to produce his tax returns to get on the 2020 California primary ballot.
How many times are you going to ignore the hard fact that there is not going to be a Republican primary. This will not have any effect on trump whatsoever.
Why not?
