Now go to Texas............A+...........overall............A+ on Taxes..........A+ on Regulations..........and lower than most states on Licencing Fees................

One state is Friendly to businesses and the other stabs them in the back.........

One state has been dealing with the possibility of water shortages with Desalination plants for over a decade while the other argues about how it will destroy the environment...............

Where would you want your new small business.............and with Desalination where you are punished to build in California due they wonder why they haven't done enough to protect their Citizens to ensure ample water supplies....................

Liberals are their OWN WORST ENEMIES.............and it takes nearly a disaster to go WE NEED TO BUILD THESE THINGS.................

Which California Governor recently made statements regarding opening the California border to anyone who wants to move to the state and live the American Dream? But what this "Balding MoonHead Governor" forgot to mention to the citizens of Mexico was " We Are Out Of Water" !!!!! It was already bad enough before he opened the doors! Now what are all of these millions of immigrants from South America going to do when they wake up someday, turn on a faucet, flush a toilet, And Nothing Comes Out !

right, we all know that California is where much of our veggies come from. in that case, why wont half the population of California just leave so we can have Vegetables !!!!

Actually there biggest winner is fruit due to the climate there..............Followed by Florida where there are less freezes..............

California ranks #1 in most catagories...............but alas they also have a very high population state in favorable conditions except when they get droughts.....................

Which means they must ADAPT and use the tech available to counter the problems and not whine or OBSTRUCT projects like Desalination plants......................

Or use money unwisely and build trains when they should have built Resevoirs and Desalination plants..................

Texas has water problems................they started building these things in the early 2000's................

but the Eco Freaks in California try and block anything...............it's what they do.............which is why California has the highest business taxes in the country............and highest regulations in the country..............

and why they don't have the plants already. Because companies have been trying to build them there for over a decade.
