I'm sorry to say but we're going to see a lot more of this all across the country. :eusa_hand:

Wait. THIS is the entire news story?

Californians are expressing their dissatisfaction with California’s health insurance exchange, CoveredCalifornia.

Covered California’s Executive Director Peter Lee testified before a Congressional committee about the successes of Covered California.

“It takes, in our mind, three things for an exchange to work. It takes having affordable health plans delivering quality care, it takes effective marketing outreach, and it takes effective enrollment,” Lee said.

Sadly though, Californians newly enrolled in Covered California are facing the grim reality that the care they are receiving is neither affordable, nor quality.

Few doctors are accepting the new health insurance plans, Californians say.

One Californian woman told KPIX-CA, “This is not what we were promised.”

Lee admitted, “It’s been rocky, it’s been bumpy. And it will continue to be rocky and bumpy.”

And, of course it's a lie.

FACTS??

Is that all you've got??

Hysteria is so much better.

ObamaCare is here to stay, its working, its growing and it will continue to evolve to serve us all -- and all the R has is planted stories about one unidentified woman.

:D

After looking at the link it's pretty clear that the training is pretty much more smoke and mirrors. There will be clinics with physician assistants and nurse practitioners and the doctors will go their own way ignoring the poor slobs that are stupid enough to suck up to obamacare. In a year people will be screaming and demanding democrat heads.
That has already happened and is the main thrust of the Scott campaign. Ocare may reelect that scumbag even though Crist is just as bad, if not worse.

Talk about hysteria and not accepting reality:

Bwahahaha!

Stephen Smith sought to keep his doctor at Palo Alto Medical Foundation through Covered California's Blue Shield plan, but couldn't because the plan doesn't cover his home ZIP code. Smith found a plan with Dignity Medical Group, but now he can't find a cardiologist in network.

Obamacare enrollees hit snags at doctor's offices

Many consumers faced hurdles signing up for Covered California health plans. Now they're having trouble finding in-network doctors.

Aliso Viejo resident Danielle Nelson said Anthem Blue Cross promised half a dozen times that her oncologists would be covered under her new policy. She was diagnosed last year with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and discovered a suspicious lump near her jaw in early January.

But when she went to her oncologist's office, she promptly encountered a bright orange sign saying that Covered California plans are not accepted.

It's hard to feel much in the way for Californians. They have created a one-party state from which the best and brightest have fled or are working toward fleeing. True that some innocents remain and sad that it's largely due to economic conditions which make it impossible for them to leave. For many Californians home ownership, once a dream, has become a nightmare. They may not be anywhere near foreclosure but they can't easily cash out and get out to go where there are better opportunities. Not their fault but guilt by association. Harsh? Maybe, but they could have at least tried to open their neighbor's eyes. Hey, maybe a few did......but not enough.

I remember, many homes ago, a conversation with A Brat, who was joking about putting a stick of dynamite into the San Andreas fault, but not until some people could move back home. :eusa_angel:

well i cant argue with that because a lot of what your saying is true....

The medical profession will almost have to be enslaved. Some doctors have been signed up as providers without their knowledge or permission.

More liars!!

Don't know whether I posted this here or elsewhere.

What is happening is that, while American doctors are leaving the practice, the gates are being opened to doctors from other countries. They then word as Physician Assistants while they prepare for their boards. That means you are likely to get some less than qualified person who barely speaks English to diagnose and treat YOUR medical problems.

What a great advance in medical care for the people of this country!!!

The key to getting good health care is learning a foreign language.

The trick to getting good health care is in figuring out which language. Seems our doctors are coming from the damndest places! Perhaps check with a local medical society to find out whence cometh the majority of imported doctors in your particular area.

In California it's tempting to just go with Spanish - it will have so many other uses - but it's no guarantee of a match with your assigned alleged medical practitioner.

CA, IL, MA, MD and NY are all normally considered to be at high risk of default and FL is back to bubble with non-geriatric transplants. CA has two major risks not shared with the other four:

The end of Moore's law is approaching to kill large hunks of Silicon Valley.

Covered California is by far the worst iteration of Obamacare in the country.

However Moore's law should not go critical prior to 2017 so I wouldn't bet on collapse prior to the next presidential election.
