OK.....here we go!!!
A business owner actually has the unmitigated gall to set the policies for "his" establishment.

1. Latinos vs. Leon’s: Is the frozen custard stand’s “English-only” policy discriminatory?

MILWAUKEE -- Leon's Frozen Custard has an English-only policy -- a policy some are questioning, and others are applauding. The policy has one group calling for a federal investigation.
Ron Schneider, the owner of Leon's, says there's nothing wrong with his policy, and it doesn't appear that it is hurting his business."

2. How long before a couple of $thousand fine follows????
"...a gay couple were denied floral arrangements for their wedding by Ms. Stutzman's business. She had been servicing the couple for several years, and would have provided them the flowers, but based on her religious belief was unable to participate in beautifying the wedding."
"Arlene's Flowers in Richland sued by gay couple".

a. "..On January 7, 2015 Benton County Superior Court Judge Alexander Ekstrom ruled she was personally liable, concluding that Stutzman must provide full wedding support for same-sex ceremonies, including custom design work to decorate the ceremony, delivery to the forum, staying at the ceremony to touch up arrangements, and assisting the wedding party.[14][15].Judge Alexander Ekstrom ordered Ms. Stutzman to pay a $1,000 fine, plus $1 for court costs and [attorney's] fees."

3. How long before the government issues a $135,000 fine????
"Oregon's Bureau of Labor and Industries has ruled that the owners of the 'Sweet Cakes by Melissa' bakery must pay $135,000 in damages for refusing to serve a same-sex couple in 2013."Bakery Ordered to Pay $135K in Damages to Same-Sex Couple

....and how about taking away the first amendment rights, too!!!
"... also now Aaron has been charged with advertising. (Basically talking about not wanting to participate in a same-sex wedding) This effectively strips us of all our first amendment rights."

4. Democrats/Liberals have made gag orders a regular feature:

Gag Orders on clergy: . " Churches and other nonprofits are strictly prohibited fromengaging in political campaigning. This prohibition stems from the requirements of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (“Code”).

Cannot make any communication—either from the pulpit, in a newsletter, or church bulletin—which expressly advocates for the election or defeat of a candidate for public office.

I believe that this abomination took place under LBJ......the Democrat who blocked every civil rights bill until 1964.

5.Obama's Supreme Court Justice Kagan believes in banning free speech:In a 1996 paper, "Private Speech, Public Purpose: The Role of Governmental Motive in First Amendment Doctrine," Kagan argued it maybe proper to suppress speech because it is offensive to society or to the government.

Kagan's name was also on a brief, United States V. Stevens, dug up by the Washington Examiner, stating: "Whether a given category of speech enjoys First Amendment protection depends upon a categorical balancing of the value of the speech against its societal costs."

A Supreme Court Justice who doesn't support the Constitution....America under Liberal Fascism.

6. Gag orders: unconstitutional
http://scholarship.law.duke.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=2165&context=faculty_scholarship

Orders prohibiting participants in a case from commenting to reporters or the publical so infringe on the First Amendment rights of the individuals gagged. At least one court has ruled gag orders on trial participants are as serious as those on the press and subject to the same strict test for constitutionality.

1. That's a violation of freedom of speech?

2. That's conservative political correctness?
