Its pretty obvious his administration sent Rice out to lie her ass off about Benghazi? Doubt that would have happened if the CIC wasn't aware. If he wasn't aware then he ain't much of a CIC.

Rice was given "talking points" by the CIA, as Benghazi was also a covert mission. Sometimes the President is informed, after the fact, otherwise, what is the need for the delegation of responsibility to the various departments of government?
