You may remember Cass Sunstein from his days as the Obama Administration regulatory czar, but now he is back in a job that should scare any American concerned about privacy. Just what is Sunstein, who Glenn once labeled the most dangerous man in America, up to now?
Yesterday, President Obama appointed Sunstein to serve on the NSA oversight panel. This appointment is particularly interesting when you consider that, in 2008, Sunstein co-wrote a paper at Harvard advocating government infiltration of conspiracy theorists.
With that mindset, one can only imagine what kind of oversight Sunstein will offer the NSA.

And here he is, Cass Sunstein, the guy who says its the governments responsibility to lie to you. These arent my words. These are his word. Im paraphrasing, but these are his words, Glenn said.
