WASHINGTON — Corey Statham had $46 in his pockets when he was arrested in Ramsey County, Minn., and charged with disorderly conduct. He was released two days later, and the charges were dismissed.

For anyone who supports this you need to remind yourself this could be you, your mother, father, brother or sister , aunt, uncle and so on. An, unless you are totally desensitized maybe when and if it happens to you, it will spur you on to make a change because once again it is easy to get in jail and hard as hell to get out.
