Those other locations are all 'random' spots where violent events have happened. Chicago has become a constant / fixed location of repeating, historic, record-setting (2 years in a row, this year 56% higher death rate) killing field.

Enough is a damn 'nuff! Chicago deserves / NEEDS to be addressed at a Federal level, especially since the local and state level can't seem to get it under control.

The violence / murder rate in 1 American City - CHICAGO - has become so high that it is now reportedly skewing the FEDERAL / NATIONAL murder rate.
