Chicago Mayor turns migrants away from Sanctuary City.

Make your case. Or are you just throwing out moronic excuses for Beatlejuice?

I think very, very little of her after the Anjanette Young mess but I did make my case. They weren't shipped off to other states. They were just spread around the area.

No, your case was that there were not enough rooms in Chicago for 300 ILLEGALS.

You lefties have some odd ideas concerning legal and illegal.

Dang, I understand our laws and the Constitution and you feel that makes me a "leftie". If so, what does it make "righties"?

This is awesome! Gov Abbott is exposing these liberal frauds.

Looks like the mayor does not want the brown skins in her city.

Unless they are prone to gang violence and murder, that is.

But I think that is only common sense.

Actually, places like Chicago and NYC are great places to settle the Illegals.

A lot more so than Low tax areas like Texas which don't have overflowing government coffers to care for these new Democrat voters.

I don't see why Lightfoot or the illegals would have a complaint about this. She gets the votes, the new Illegals get the free government services.

Since when do we owe "asylum seekers" hotel rooms?
Better?

I thought this was a Christian nation?

Is it not to share your food with the hungry and to provide the poor wanderer with shelter— when you see the naked, to clothe them, and not to turn away from your own flesh and blood?

Isiah 58:7

8 Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.

9 Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling.

1Peter 4:8-9

33 “ ‘When a foreigner resides among you in your land, do not mistreat them.

34 The foreigner residing among you must be treated as your native-born. Love them as yourself, for you were foreigners in Egypt. I am the LORD your God.

Leviticus 19:33-34

12 Then Jesus said to his host, “When you give a luncheon or dinner, do not invite your friends, your brothers or sisters, your relatives, or your rich neighbors; if you do, they may invite you back and so you will be repaid.

13 But when you give a banquet, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind,

14 and you will be blessed. Although they cannot repay you, you will be repaid at the resurrection of the righteous.”

Luke 14:12-14

42 For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink,

43 I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.’

44 “They also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?’

45 “He will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’

46 “Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.”

Matthew 25:42-46
