Who really loses here are Competent and Intelligent blacks.

If I am looking to having some proctological work done, or perhaps a root canal, and the doctor comes out and he's a black guy, I'm going to have doubts about his competency.

Does he know what he is doing, or did he graduate just because of his race? A question that just wouldn't come up with a white Rear Admiral.

No one wants to see a proctologist who doesn't know an ass from a hole in the ground.

We've seen this technique applied in college entrance criteria and education....affirmative action...dumbing down the subject and content. Oh yes. It has been dumbed down. What these people have to know now is damn little compared to children in the 19th century and early 20th. So basically they are saying "blacks aren't as smart as whites and Asians so we need to give them different grading standards".

So technically they are proving most blacks are intellectually inferior to whites.
