The detail he didn't go into, because we all know it by now, was that Republican legislatures in "swing states" PREVENTED those mail-in votes from being counted before election day, so they had to sit on the shelf untouched until the day-of votes were counted, which means the counting worked exactly as it had been set up to work. And now the same yahoos who set that up try to act "surprised" about their own rules they themselves set up.

Sorry Flakey, I actually have proof. This is something I knew about before the election started. And it wasn't exactly a secret --- ANYBODY who wanted to knew it. The PA governor and state leg Democrats pleaded with the state Repubs to allow mail-in votes to be counted when they came in. Republicans said no. That REQUIRED those votes to sit and be counted later. Now they want to act like they're "surprised" at what they themselves deliberately set up.
