The head of the FBI works at the pleasure of the President and the Attorney General. Trump did not fire him, but directed the acting head of the Justice Department to do so. That is not obstruction of justice nor is it illegal in its own right.

The emoluments clause refers to direct payments from foreign governments and giving of titles. Nothing like that has ever happened. Not illegal for him to own a hotel. Other hotels exist.

I guess Obama should not have received any royalties for the books he wrote before he became President because he was profiting from his office. No one would read them if he lost the election.
