Clarence Thomas vs George Floyd

It is illegal for federal government to regulate families OR medicine.
Show me where in the federal constitution that the federal government was authorized to do anything like that?
If you criminalize abortion, you are forcing women to give birth.
Art 1 Section 8....specifically the Commerce Clause gives Congress power to regulate trade (the practice of medicine) and certainly families are freaking individuals, of course laws pasted by Congress tell people what they can't do or can do.

Wrong.
There is little evidence of George Floyd ever harming anyone, and made one mistake when 19.
In contrast, Clarance Thomas has a long history of harming hundreds of millions of people deliberately, all the time.
Bullshit you idiot. He beat up a pregnant woman. We was a convicted felon. A counterfeiter. A druggie. A piece of shit Negro street thug.

You idiot Moon Bats need to pick your heroes a little better.

That would be like government deciding to put up a statue of Hitler.
Clarence Thomas is extremely unpopular.
Our government is not supposed to do unpopular things.
Only dictatorships force unpopular things on the people.
Comparing Hitler to clearance Thomas is hardly the same thing. That said, if a state government voted to place a statue of Hitler, I would hope the voters would consider that in the next election.

Nothing dictatorship in excercising the powers of government. I don't agree with the decision but that is how the system works.

the rule of law comes from the US Constitution.....the Constitution gives Congress the authority to regulate interstate commerce...ie the sell and distribution of drugs. All drug laws on the book, were put there by a majority in Congress.
Wrong.
The Constitution comes from inherent individual rights.
The Constitution is mostly restrictions on federal authority.
The interstate commerce clause was ONLY and completely about preventing one state from interfering with the commerce of other states.
It does not at all authorize any restrictions, but instead to prevent restrictions.

So you’re saying he would have been an excellent Republican candidate for Senate.

It is privately funded.

I hate Obama. He started 5 wars and murdered hundreds of thousands of black and brown people. Therfore there should never be any Obama statues anywhere. BARACK OBAMA IS AN UNCLE TOM FOR THE MILITARY INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX WAR MACHINE.

So it’s criminal for the government to coerce parents to feed their children?

If parents are dysfunctional to the point of being harmful to the children, you can take the children away to a better home, but you can not harm the woman, like forcing them to risk labor.

ahahhah it allows the Federal Govt the power to regulate intersstate commerce.....and pass any legislation that might be necessary and proper to carry that out.

To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes;

The Constitution comes from James Madison and the Constitutional Convention

Wrong.
He never beat up anyone.
He did however point a gun at a pregnant woman.
Which was a misdemeanor theft conviction.
No felony, ever.
{...
Floyd was convicted of theft in 1998, not armed robbery.
...}
He never "counterfeited" or was ever charged with that.

odd, just a few post ago you claimed the Govt has no right to regulate families.....glad to see you wised up a little today

Welfare makes people dependent. High prices drive people to welfare.
So everyone who goes on welfare stays on welfare forever?

Of course not. Because it doesn’t make people dependent.

The doublethink is absurd. Giving people money makes them poor.

As for printing money. I guess that’s just what we do for billionaires. Same with forgiving loans. We only do that for wealthy people.

Poor people can go screw themselves.

Wrong.
Government is supposed to constrained to be within the will of the people, not to force idolatry on the people, based on what the wealthy elite want to push.

That is NOT how the system works.
That is how the system gets abused by the wealthy elite, who force their will on the majority, illegally.

Most people on welfare stay on welfare. It’s a self-perpetuating cycle. And they vote democrat because they know democrats will sustain their habit.

Born in Fayetteville, North Carolina, Floyd grew up in Houston, Texas, playing American football and basketball throughout high school and college. Between 1997 and 2005, he was convicted of eight crimes. He served four years in prison after accepting a plea bargain for a 2007 aggravated robbery in a home invasion.[5] A

Most people on “welfare” are children, senior citizens and disabled.

Anyone else is on welfare for a very short period of time since the programs provide a safety net following personal crises such as severe illness, having to flee an abusive relationship or losing a job.

What makes people poor is when the benefits of economic growth are concentrated to the top of the country.

We’ve had decades of proof that Reaganomics doesn’t work the way they told us. It was always a lie told to the working class to make them compliant.
