Trump is facing something completely unique in American history. The media, academia, Hollywood and a deeply entrenched bureaucracy at all levels, except of course the very top, clearly does not want Trump to succeed. He threatens their very essence.
I am not talking just about the dregs of Obama's administration or tired Hollywood and media hacks. Republicans even going back to the Reagan administration are just as committed to Trump's failure.
Trump's power comes through none other than the common people.
It is a populist vs establishment battle the likes of which has never been seen, even with Andrew Jackson.
