No, what he did was a typical whitewash. He hid none of the evidence to be found later which would cause it to be used to argue he wasn't impartial. But by giving testimony for 10 minutes laying out why she was guilty he removes all questions about him hiding evidence.

In the end it is exactly what was said all along, she is just too big to jail. You an me, we would at least lose our clearance, but Mrs. Tuzla walks, with the help of the director of the FBI.

Clinton's claim that nothing on her server was marked classified, which she repeated in a subsequent interview with NBC's Lester Holt Friday, was a direct contradiction to Comey's statement that his agents had indeed discovered three emails that bore classification markings.

She didn't break the law, the Espionage Act required GROSS Negligence, a very high level of negligence, and what she did, did not meet that high level... so kindly stop spilling your bullcrud of calling her a criminal. What is WRONG with you? Why say too big to JAIL, when even Petraeus, who Comey said committed several crimes and what Patraeus did was much much worse than what Hillary did, is not in jail?

I think IT people with the govt need to step up with the times and get these Diplomats secure Blackberrys and an email system they can use when traveling and not in the office to communicate securely on.... right now there is not one. The State.gov email system that the State dept employees have to work off of for their Daily duties is an UNCLASSIFIED system.... so even if Hillary did not have her own server and took a State.gov email account like you all wanted, State.gov email is an UNCLASSIFIED system as well....
