1) He declared a national health emergency.

2) He organized a national response headed by his number 2 man, VP Pence.

3) He has removed government bureaucratic regs that would slow down a vaccine, and we may have one by end of April now.

4) He is focusing national efforts to re-establish the medical equipment, drugs and other supplies like masks back in the USA so we have control of how we respond and not rely on China who has been prioritizing their own citizens. (Who'd a thunk that?)

5) Trump has organized all the state level testing and medical facilities that respond to pandemics under the CDC and have all these institutions sharing data and resources.

6) Trump has helped to delay the spread of this virus at every turn, restricting travel, sealing the border and testing migrants, and prioritizing the health of ordinary Americans over the profits of Wall Street.

7) He has obtained almost 4 times the funding he asked for and is putting it to good work in buttressing the funding of the fight on COVID19 across the country.

8) As a result we have seen nothing comparable to the disaster in Europe and China.

They are treating it with vitamin C to keep things flowing properly while the body immune system create an antidote. But while it figures out one problem. Another problem arises. I heard that this virus has mutated. Creating a new strain that the body's immune system has to make more adjustments again.

I am not as impresses as you. Curtailing flights from China was last and most effective thing done. "Seen nothing comparable to disaster in Europe and China? It hasn't run rampant unchecked in a major city yet. A lot to be said by separation from the rest of the world by the two largest oceans in the world. Should and did give us more time to waste gearing up. Everybody else is testing by the thousands, I've ready. We send a cruize liner of 3500 people trapped in their state rooms with known sick people on board 46 tests? Then they have to find out 19 of the 46 positives are crew members and most of the rest not tested, now the ship is going to be moved to a "non-commercial port (whatever the heck that is) for testing and quarantine on military bases, and they are told directly, but have to find out by learning it from CNN broadcast of the VP's press conference announcement? In the last week we have gone from 54 infections with no deaths to over 300 with 14 deaths, test kits having to be rationed, not available for mass testing while other countries testing by drive through, car after car.
