When i was going to college I drove a yellow cab. Every one of them refused to service the black neighborhoods after sundown. Even the black drivers. Wonder why?

I just have a hard time with this. If this is what is required to get people to stop breaking the law, and start following the rules, and to stop being in confrontation with police...... ok.... I guess.
