I think you should go back to school Quasar44. One of the last news reports from HLN talked about employers who put in help wanted ads but are not actually hiring for any position but just looking to get information about the job applicants. These employers collect job applications and resumes from job seekers but never intend to hire anyone. I think some of the employers saying "Now Hiring" fit this scheme. The employers saying "Help Wanted" are most likely actually looking to hire someone.
