The murderer could be prosecuted for destruction

the record----there is no "capital crime" against
a muslim for rape, murder, pedophilia or swinding
committed by a muslim upon a "kaffir". An
ACCUSATION----that a jew had sold wine to a
muslim is a capital crime in islamic law. I am referring to actual shariah law----not mob violence or random acts out in the sticks. Some
criminal acts committed by a muslims MIGHT
be considered "criminal"----but NOT CAPITAL.
The extreme penalty for a muslim for murder of
a Kaffir is a small fine-----blood money paid to the
relatives----far less than the "blood money"
