Again, based on the many conspiracies that you're trying to throw out on this thread, it's obvious that you don't really know much about internal combustion engines or that in many cases, if they aren't properly maintained, they can break down at the most inopportune times. And if there's a short, there is no way to get power to the lights or flashers. As far as him walking back, ever consider that maybe he was looking to see if there were cars behind him (it was towards late afternoon) he was standing far enough back to warn people of a car on the road ahead?

I think you should try using a taser on yourself and see how easy it is for you to remove something from your pocket. Be sure and point it directly at the base of your skull for the full effect.

Never mind the fact that until those darts are disconnected and removed from your skin, simply by squeezing the trigger will give the person being tased yet another jolt of voltage.
