Have heard of the Guardian Angels, but not him. He could possibly protect subways, but could he administrate? I seriously do not know jack about the guy. I will say, proven ability to govern, he is up with Wang, who has never been elected to run even a city council position, much less a mayoral post. Got to admit though, Wang has a certain amount of glitz.
