There are numerous witness that say BJ was running towards the cop..........not "surrendering". When the last shot was fired BJ was about three feet from Wilson. BJ covered about 35 feet in about the time a Green Bay Packer linebacker would. (Both high BTW)Thats a leading question. None of that has been proven nor does it apply in this situation. There's no "evidently" here at all-----there is NO evidence that the officer shot at the perp while he was walking away.
