What he needs to do is follow Britain...they are now banning knives that can be used to stab people and they want to sell Non-stabbing knives to law abiding citizens....

Gun control always works for people who don't use guns to commit crimes...they will obey the law. Of course gun control does absolutely nothing to stop actual criminals and mass shooters....they don't obey the law....the only way to stop them is to arrest them when they actually break the law or are caught with an illegal gun...which we can already do under existing laws about rape, robbery and murder....

Criminals will ALWAYS have guns and use them against citizens that DON'T. No, gun control does not work on a city, state, or country level. It never will in the U.S. because the U.S. is not going to ban guns in general. It is a pipe-dream for the anti-gun nuts.

Here are the facts. Making it so law abiding people cannot have or carry firearms, leaves them vulnerable to the criminals that do carry firearms and use them against law-abiding people. Gun control does not help that situation at all.

Yeah...again....access to guns does not equal using guns to commit murder.....the criminals in all of those other countries have easy access to guns, just like American criminals...the difference is they don't use them to commit murder as often.....

Gun crime in Australia is going up...after they confiscated their guns....

Gun crime in Britain is up 4%...after they confiscated their guns...

British police are arming more officers.....because of the increase in gun crime.....

In 2012 11.1 million people carried guns for self defense and there were 320 million guns in private hands......and the violent crime rate went down and the gun crime rate went down faster than in Australia...

in 2103 12.8 million people carried guns for self defense and the violent crime rate went down again and the gun crime rate went down again.........

in 2014....13 million people carried guns for self defense and over 357 million guns were in private hands...and the violent crime rate went down again ,gun crime rate went down again.......


So...more Americans own guns, more Americans are carrying guns for self defense and our gun murder rate and our gun crime rate went down....not up.....

And Australia's gun crime rate is going up...
