Smith got particularly heated when detailing Trump’s attempts to shift the blame for Jan. 6 onto law enforcement.

Then some agitators of unknown motivation came along and exorted the people I had spoken to to go loot the bank and they did. The FBI won’t comment on what it’s undercover agents were doing at the location”

In that case I would not be guilty of bank robbery.
