We've been majority brown, here in The Lone Star state, for twenty years now. Most of us (except for the late Yankee comers) can speak English and Spanish. In another thread, that I saw yesterday, another poster said that we are receiving migrants from 165 countries. That's a bit more than your 60 countries, but you did say "more". I looked up that there are 195 countries in the world today.
