Democrats implied Monday that former President Donald Trump could pursue his political opponents, legally, if he returns to the White House, following the Supreme Court’s decision on presidential immunity in Trump v. U.S.

In arguing that Trump — or any other president — could pursue his opponents legally, Democrats appeared to concede that Biden had been doing so illegally, at least according to the Supreme Court, which also ruled last week that prosecutors had abused a federal statute to pursue some participants in the Capitol riot of January 6, 2021.




Commentary:
Democrat-neo-Marxists are in a frenzy because they believe that their vile persecution of Conservatives and Donald Trump will be turned against them because of the latest SCOTUS decision.
They know that the convictions of hundreds of Americans that attended the Jan 6th rally and were swept up in the false flag opeartion have been wrongly convicted especially when thousands have been released after doing billions in dameges.
Democrat neo- Marxists had no problem when Obama and Biden went after their opponents like journalist Rosen, terrorist al-Awlaki and Republicans supporting Trump or when setting antii-American traitors free like Bergdahl and Manning. No one instructed anyone at the justice department to go after Trump. They pursued cases based on the rules by following evidence and probable cause.

This was an insignificant decision by SCOTUS. It really just reiterated Nixon vs. The United States.

In that decision it was determined that a President could exert executive Privilege over matters relating to his/her duties as President, but not in any matters that were not related to his/her duties as President.

This decision said the same, but in reference to immunity for criminal prosecution.

Any actions taken by a President relating to his political campaign are outside of his duties as President.

So, Trump is subject to criminal prosecution for all the charges related to the Jan. 6 insurrection, and anything else he did to steal the election.

All this decision did is to delay his criminal trial - which is why SCOTUS agreed to hear this.

So then when TRUMP's DOJ does the same by following evidence and probable cause you won't have a problem.

Conservatives actually have a much bigger problem with this because this probably won’t lead anywhere. Conservatives will then make up a boogeyman about the DoJ secretly trying to help Dems by avoiding prosecutions which would be baseless.

Durham was supposed to go after them, but failed. His two prosecutions were both acquitted and should have never happened.

Trump attempted to politicize the DoJ by getting them to make false claims about election interference. The DoJ is not politicized under Biden.
