I love this, In Colorado, we have wealthy elitist Californians moving here living in high fire areas being burnt out in areas that they NEVER should have built in the first place. Driving up both the housing rates and the fire rates.

I live in Arizona and Californian's have raised my property value. I still don't know what that has to do with you losing your shit.
