What do military vetrans, on this site, think about Trump's comments on the Medal of Honor

Democrats have no idea the precedent they've set may well be used against them.

Then how loudly you'll complain!

Not much chance, though. Republicans only want to prosecute actual crimes.

That's got Democrats very nervous. And with good reason.
You pinned yourself yet again.

"... legal contortions performed in the city of New York to torture a guilty verdict out of a highly biased jury was a sham...."

Too many MAGAloons hate today's America. They hate the judicial system.

For example, and poster 'justoffal' ain't alone....but I use him as an example: The conviction of Don Trump followed evidence & testimony presented to at least two grand juries,,,,,perhaps a total of 20 or more citizens. Those citizens handed down indictments against Don Trump.

As we all know, an indictment is a signal from the public that the investigative bodies — police, prosecutors, etc. — have enough evidence that the people feel comfortable charging a particular individual and bringing a criminal charge to trial.

And that's just the indictment phase, then comes the trial before a judge and jury. A jury, again of fellow citizens, who are summoned via a legal and vetted process using a strong element of randomness to ensure minimizing bias. And then they are filtered and vetted by competent voir dire from experienced and, in Trump's case, high priced legal representation. Again, with the intent to weed out bias.

THAT is the American legal system.

And too many MAGAloons hate America and they hate our judicial system so they will not accept the protocols and the decisions resulting from the American legal system.

Those MAGAloons are not American patriots.
They are anti-American.

imho

"Presidential Medal of Freedom is "much better" than the military Medal of Honor."
"“It’s actually much better," because medal of honor receipients are in bad shape or dead

Trump's own chief of staff, a retired Marine General, confirmed that Trump called our soldiers who died on the shores of Normandy 'suckers and losers'. And MAGA vets didn't give the slightest shit.

Why would they care now?
