It is so normal for America to spent billions on the wars against countries and nations which didn't even try to attack us.
But we won't pay a cent for people who actually fight for their life.

Poor homeless... Seriously. Where do they expect these people to go? Do they have ample, safe shelters? Do they have a good mental health program that can provide these people with the services they need? Homelessness and crime are not the synonyms.

Most homeless are homeless because they WANT to be. They have mental problems and do not fit in with others. Granted some are not but most are. But as to laws that criminalize being homeless that is a none starter. This Country has a Constitution and you can not make it illegal for people to be on public property with out violating that Constitution.

I know if I was homeless I'd slap a cop and get free housing that way. Or shoplift lunch from Walmart and dare them to call the cops on me.
