(1). No one seeks to overthrow any government without firearms. Period. So there was no insurrection.

(2). Donald Trump did nothing to encourage the lawlessness that went on at the Capitol. At worst, he didn't object emphatically, early, or loudly enough. So what?

(3). The actual number of people who violently rioted was tiny in the general scope of things. A couple hundred people at most.

(4). The Constitution was turned on its head in the prosecution of the accused people from January 6th.

We do know that 2-tiered system right now in courts with activist judges, prosecutors, the DOJ, and the FBI… which is so often in lock step with Democrat political desires and censoring/ignoring evidence that are inconvenient to Democrats. We’ve seen that over and over and over, that’s proven.
