Do you believe D. McGahn or DJ Trump?

Trump was exonerated by the report so he's blocking the subpoenas because they would make him look innocent -

:abgg2q.jpg:

And again, Trump's legal team were not able to cross-examine the witnesses that Mueller's team interrogated. The report is a one-sided political document. There was no collusion, no obstruction and hence, no indictment.

The above idiot.....must have gotten his "law degree" from Trump U.

Only Trump and the AG had the power to fire Mueller....But don't let law get in the way of a good muslim communists rant!!!
Trump did not have the power. That is why he asked others to do the deed.Mueller worked for the AG, who actually does have that power. Trump went through 3 before he found his desperately needed sycophant.
It's going to be a Blood Bath for DemNazis in 2020. There will be a parade of felons on the Nightly News in handcuffs for attempting a Soft Coup against president Trump. They will hang Obama and Hillary Clinton last. Probably make them face a firing squad sometime around 2021 and put it on National TV for all 'the children" to see. Can't wait to see James Comey, McCabe, Strozk, and Clapper being used like the Prison Bitches they are, but I'd rather see them shot or hung. Drawn and Quartered would be better.

A better question is: do you believe your own judgment or the spin pushed by the Anti-Trump Lamestream Media?

It's not a "judgement call". Don McGahn says Trump told him to fire Mueller and he refused. Donald Trump said he never told McGahn to fire Mueller. One of them is lying. Which is it?

The guy who testified under oath, on pain of being arrested and thrown in jail if he was caught lying, or Donald Trump, who cannot be indicted as a sitting President, and who has proveably lied over 10,000 times since being elected.

In no realm of reality is this a "judgement call".

No, he said that Trump told him that Mueller had conflict of interest and "should go". He told him to tell Rosenstein that.

Mueller wasn't fired, so all of this hyperventilation is just an attempt to distract attention away from the real crime: Obama spied on a political opponent.

Obamagate is Worse Than Watergate.

Mueller should have been fired for failure to find Russian Collusion, for being an asshole and violating everyone's Civil Rights, for bullying and attempting to extort people, and for being a liar and a conman who is too incompetent to frame someone like he was charged to do.

Mueller should have been fired for having people like Strozk and Page on his team. He should have been fired for sucking Obama's Dick, having Clinton's Lawyers on his team, and people Trump Fired like Preet Brahara, and Fired for his OWN CONFLICT OF INTEREST, and for Being a Russian Mole and Deep State Actor himself.

I'm no fan of either but who do you believe

McGahn who said under oath that he was told by Tramp to fire the Mueller.

Or Tramp??

- one or the other lied. Just who do you think it was? And if it was McGahn should he be indicted for lying under oath??

Either McGahn lied under oath, or Tramp is lying on national television to the American People.

Just put McGahn or Trump down. That is all you need to do.
McGahn, primarily because Trump is a pathological liar.

Perhaps we'll all have a better idea of who's lying after McGahn testifies before congress?
Trump loyalists will turn their backs on McGahn - AEI

Mueller wasn't fired because McGahn refused the order, not because Trump didn't order it. Trump told multiple people to fire Mueller and the only reason Mueller wasn't fired was because none of them would do it, and Trump knew that if he did, he'd be impeached immediately.

Trump is still doing NOTHING to prevent Russian interference in the 2020 election. In fact, he's basically put out the welcome mat for both the Saudis and the Russians.

Boedicca, you keep telling us to ignore the MSM media spin and use our own judgement, but can you show me one example where your own judgement lead you to do something other than parrot Trump's lie du jour.

Mueller did have conflicts. It is unbelievable that he was given the job.

You sad little moonbat.

Trump could have fired Mueller directly. He didn't need to have McGahn or anyone else do it. But he didn't. The sooner you get to acceptance that Trump is a legally elected President, the better off you will be. This TDS obsession is going to get worse once the Barr investigation outs your Lord & Savior's actions as being Worse Than Watergate.

Mueller did have conflicts. It is unbelievable that he was given the job.

It's unbelievable if one has a proper moral compass. If one is a statist big government establishment type, then "By Any Means Necessary" justified the corrupt Mueller probe, and the corruption that caused it in the first place.

The Mueller inquiry is now an attempt by the outgoing Obama administration to overthrow (how's that supposed to work?) the subsequent administration. Mueller should not have been appointed because (!) the Obama admin knew there was no collusion.

Utterly, completely, totally hysterical. But really, Obama should be ashamed of himself for appointing Rosenstein deputy AG, that crook, in order to get that "hit job" started.
Everyone, including the Obama administration, knew there was Russian INTERFERENCE.

That was Mueller's directive. To investigate Russian INTERFERENCE, not collusion. Have you even read the directive for yourself, parrot?

Trump was the only one denying there was Russian interference.

Even now, Trump tries to deny it because he knows he would not be president today were it not for all the help he got from Russia.

Which is precisely why Trump tried to obstruct the investigation. It wasn't because he was worried about collusion, it was because he was worried Mueller would uncover just how much of a leg up he got from Putin.

Think dripping with sarcasm, G5000.

Oh, BTW:

APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL COUNSEL TO INVESTIGATE RUSSIAN INTERFERENCE WITH THE 2016 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION AND RELATED MATTERS

By virtue of the authority vested in me as Acting Attorney General, including 28 U.S.C. §§ 509, 510, and 515, in order to discharge my responsibility to provide supervision and management of the Department of Justice, and to ensure a full and thorough investigation of the Russian government's efforts to interfere in the 2016 presidential election, I hereby order as
follows:

(a) Robert S. Mueller III is appointed to serve as Special Counsel for the United States Department of Justice.

(b) The Special Counsel is authorized to conduct the investigation confirmed by then-FBI Director James B. Corney in testimony before the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence on March 20, 2017, including:
(i) any links and/or coordination bet ween the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump; and
(ii) any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation; and
(iii) any other matters within the scope of 28 C.F.R. § 600.4(a).

The Mueller report sides with Trump because of other statements made by McGhan and others. Did you not read it?

She didn't have to. CNN read it for her and explained to her what it means.

Mueller wasn't fired so it's a moot point. Is attempted obstruction even a freaking issue? Democrat politicians need to govern, not behave like vindictive kids.

Another one who couldn't be arsed to read the Mueller report. Vol II, p160:

The obstruction-of-justice statute most readily applicable to our investigation is 18 U.S.C. § 1512(c)(2). Section 1512(c) provides:
(c) Whoever corruptly—
(1) alters, destroys, mutilates, or conceals a record, document, or other object, or attempts to do so, with the intent to impair the object’s integrity or availability for use in an official proceeding; or
(2) otherwise obstructs, influences, or impedes any official proceeding, or attempts to do so,
shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.
