I bet ICE would be able to tell us that.It so we know who is a citizen and who is squatting in our country illegally.Why should non citizens count in a census of citizens?The purpose is to intimidate non citizens so they won’t count in state census populations
It is not a census of citizens, it has never been a census of citizens.
The census will not tell you that, even if the citizenship question is asked.
Then you do not need the question added to the Census.

Actually, SCOTUS didn't nix the question, they simply kicked it back on procedural grounds for further clarification.
