I love it when politicians act like the US "never does stuff like this", the US is exponentially more guilty than the Russians of this in other countries, going back decades. They didn't lie and neither was what Flynn did against the law. Incoming administration members are expected to reach out to their counterparts across the globe. Flynn was interviewed by the FBI and cleared. He was fired because he misrepresented his conversation to Pence.
