Wow! Yet he told us that he didn't want to disclose his thoughts about how to handle national defense/security matters when he was campaigning and wasn't privy to classified information. Now, he lays it out in the open for Mar-a-Lago members.
This was done in a public restaurant, surrounded by civilians that had zero security clearance. They took pictures of the President of the United States dealing with national security in public because stopping dinner to move to a private setting was too much trouble.

The two leaders could have discussed classified documents within earshot of waiters and club patrons. Those cellphones-turned-flashlights might also have been a problem: if one of them had been hacked by a foreign power, the phone's camera could have provided a view of what the documents said.
