I can't let this go so easy, people sue, and caring doctors are not gods (and I not referring to this case).

I agree, but THIS is not acceptable. She should be in prison.

Did you see I said I'm not referring to this case? Since I do not know much about it, how can I even comment about it.

Which that is how it should be for any medical procedure. If the doctors care enough about their jobs and doctor appearances, they won't intentional do anything that will get them slapped with a lawsuit later on.

I agree that doctors are not perfect and when their mistake(s) stand out enough especially, any mess that they make should be cleaned up as as best as possible by them since they are who make them. Them doctors who worked on that Terri Schiavo lady years ago, were they still allowed to practice medicine after what was done to her?
