no---they find MALE homosexuals disgusting--now tell me why.

Because the sex usually involves the wrong entry point...

Even among heterosexuals anal entry is a rarity.

It is my humble opinion that poop and sex don't mix well.

Is this because many male homosexuals are much more flamboyant than females are? Or at least, that is how the media portrays it.

If you look at videos of Gay Pride parades, you see the emphasis on the outrageously dressed males. In fact, I'm not sure I remember ever seeing any female participants. Or at least if I did, they weren't as "wild" appearing as the males were.

Possibly---I'm just doing some brainstorming on the issue. Maybe the flamboyance is some kind of over-compensation. It seems that male homosexuals struggle with the lifestyle more than the females but maybe thats just what is seen publicly. I'm sure they all feel angry and oppressed to some extent.

Above is the exact quote I was referring to. I don't believe male sexuality makes people more "uncomfortable" than female sexuality. It is simply takes a much larger emotional and intellectual leap to embrace male homosexuality than it does female homosexuality. A male is simply further out of the role society accepts him as. I will agree that the sin of male homosexuality appears to receive an inordinate ammount of condemnation when compared to that of female homosexuality.

I agree with this. My point is that Clay thinks dancing around is a good example of an expression of male sexuality. My point is to slap clay around some more. :whip3:

One of those "acts by a few spoil it for the many" type things. We all know that all male homosexuals aren't flamboyant. In fact, I would say that the percentage of the flamboyant ones is very small in comparison. But they are what the press portrays as "normal."

You might be surprised.

Not really. I know it exists and many like it, but it is a rarity as evinced by even the lack of it in porn. More of that hetero-style in porn but far less than oral/manual/coital entry.

Even Bondage is slightly more popular than anal entry, in porn.

If we are using porn as the gauge of what is common, then our society is in trouble - at least when it comes to relationships, romance, sex, etc.

It is a free market measure. People create the stuff the most people like more than they create the stuff less people like...

What sells better is a good measure of what people are comfortable with sexually. Porn is not a measure of relationships, but of the comfort level people have with different aspects of sexual acts.

A mouth isn't exactly the designed "entry point" but it seems to be quite popular and acceptable.
Sex and poop certainly requires a large degree of "adjustment" but I'm still of the mind that people just don't like men acting like women. Religious people use Biblical references to condemn it--so be it. I imagine God didn't like it cause it wasn't going to promote his agenda but who the heck knows.

I thought porn was mainly for people to fantasize about what they wouldn't or couldn't do and at times, as a "kick-start" for them and their partner (who is probably watching with them).

I believe God warns of sin for several reasons, but most have to do with our sanity and survival. God calls those activities 'sin' because they can destroy us physically (AIDS, other STDs, Perforated Colons, etc), and emotionally/spiritually.

People purchase what will excite them, they purchase less of the anal entry than of the other stuff for a reason. They are less comfortable with that and therefore are less excited by it.

It is a pretty good measure of what people like in sex. It will vary a small bit from the norm, but not too much.

I wholeheartedly agree---wouldn't Gods' agenda be the survival of humanity and more importantly the survival of his eternal soul ?
I like to think of God a pretty common sense sorta guy.

I don't buy porn or watch it (we make our own) so I'm not sure what is popular now or not.

It would be interesting what "subject" matter is most popular among those who do buy/rent pornography.

Just watch 'Real Sex' on HBO, you'll learn all sorts of stuff.

I personally found the female participation on this thread quite enlightening !
