Economically, Could Obama Be America's Best President?

Clearly not. He left that to you -- obviously.

You do perform like a trained seal at that assignment, however.
You have anything of substance to add to this subject, doucheboy?
Why Mr. Synthaholic, do you deny supporting liberal spendthrifts who, like the good little piggies they are, entitle themselves to spending other people's money like drunken sailors? <giggle>

Who controls the spending of money in the U.S. government, becki?

He hasn't added $6 trillion to the debt.

You'd have to compare the debt today to the debt the day he took office.
I understand how that would be difficult for a liberal.

He put Bush's spending on the wars back onto the Federal books.

On the books, off the books, whatever imaginary term you'd like to use, it all ends up in the debt numbers. Obama's "heroic" accounting fix did nothing to change the impact on the debt.
Of course you're a liberal, and therefore too stupid to realize this.

So, you're just going to continue to be a dishonest piece of shit?

Ok, then.

Dishonest?
Subtracting the Jan 20, 2009 debt from today's debt will clearly show that Obama has increased the debt by $6.1 trillion. If that much spending, plus the tax receipts since he took office, weren't enough to create enough jobs, why would a few more billions, from one more "jobs bill", do the trick?

You gonna be a whiney bitch till he leaves office?
Why stop now, right?

So, you're just going to continue to be a dishonest piece of shit?

Obama came into office, put Bush's supplemental spending back on the official books, and the debt went up.

So, instead of blaming the person who ran up the debt and used accounting tricks to hide it, you want to blame the accountant who properly reveals that spending, un-hides it, and puts it back in the official ledger?

becki even thanked him for that FAILpost
Well...that is becki you are talking about.

Unlike you you mean, right Tranny, you hapless helpless hopeless hump?

Meanwhile, you must remember that you are still obligated to go fuck yourself, ya douche-nugget.

equating the President's spending to keep Bush's recession from turning into a depression

how on earth would government spending keep a recession from turning into a depression rather than cause it to turn into a depression??
OMG! How do you fucking dress yourself in the morning?

We can legislate jobs into existence? I didn't know that.

Why don't we pass a bill decreeing that there was never any Financial Crisis while we're at it.

Well, now you know.

of course it would be helpful if you told us how you legislate jobs into existence and why Barry's heart is so cold that he doesn't do it immediately if only to save his miserable presidency.

Don't forget a tax and spend make work welfare job only makes things worse because 1) it taxes away money that might create a real and sustainable job and 2) the make-work welfare worker is wasting time and resources doing a job that for the most part does not need to be done and so does not contribute to economic growth.

Presidents cannot legislate, dumbfuck.

At one time Johnson took Social Security "off-budget" and suddenly the deficit looked much better. Finally, Congress passed a law during Clinton's term making it illegal to put Social Security off-budget. I wonder if that can still be done with other costs and were the wars off-budget, and I did read that the Iraq and Afghanistan wars have cost America five trillion dollars. So two questions, were the wars off-budget and what is their total cost thus far?

No, the war was not off-budget.
Yes, they were. Idiot.

All military spending is under the defense budget, better known as Defense Spending. Only Two or Three items are listed under Off-Budget Spending: The Post Office, Social Security, Central Banks (or Federal Reserve) and other minuscule government agencies.

Congratulations. You're an American citizen and you don't even understand how your own Government spends your own tax dollars. Let me guess, you vote too...

Fact.

Yeah, it had nothing to do with his "stimulus" spending and the rest of his spending since 2009.
It's all Bush. LOL!
Does he ever take responsibilty for events, or will 2016 still be Bush's fault?

Presidents often leave much behind some good and some bad. Of that left behind by presidents some can stay for a long time. Washington left the a policy of paying our debts, a two term tradition and a Bank of America. The debt paying still exists. FDR left a great deal behind including Social Security and a record of four terms. Obama will leave Obama-Care. Bush left a couple of wars and an economic crisis that some are still trying to clean up.

Obama owns $787 billion of it.

So where are you getting $6 trillion?

So where are you getting $6 trillion?

Simple subtraction.
That's why you're so confused.

House Republicans would have to legislate it, now wouldn't they?

Democrats were in charge when unemployment was at it's weakest point.

Where are the jobs?

Here, for one.

If those are where the jobs are, why would people rather be unemployed than fill those positions?

Sounds to me like you're not doing much magical legislation. Time to kick up the magic fairy dust a notch.

Then explain it.

Show us all exactly what Obama spent $6 trillion on.

I just showed you where he spent $787 billion, so I gave you a head start.

Go!
