And the appeal he partially won and the state Supreme Court which he lost. Three separate courts heard this case in CO. All of them held that Trump engaged in insurrection. Only the district court ruled that the 14th didn’t apply.

If that’s not due process, I don’t know what is.

1). Notice. When was Trump or his legal team served with notice to appear? It’s, you know, kinda’ in good form to serve the accused with notice so they know when to appear for trial. When did the trial take place? Did someone forget to report the trial date?
