Obama Attorney General Eric Holder said he was worried about the Supreme Court issuing a "dangerous" and "absurd" ruling in the Donald Trump immunity case.

"Anything less than a decision by the Supreme Court that says, ‘A president should be held to the laws, just like any other American citizen should be,’ anything other than that is absurd," Holder told MSNBC host Nicolle Wallace.

The Supreme Court has yet to issue a ruling on Trump's immunity case. The former president claims that he is immune from prosecution in Special Counsel Jack Smith’s election interference case.

"A president can violate the American criminal law if he or she is doing something in their official capacity? That is an absurd and dangerous conclusion. And I’m worried, given the length of time that it has taken for the Supreme Court to decide this case, that something along those lines might come out of the Supreme Court," Holder continued.

Comment:
It's not too late to prosecute Eric Hold for contempt of congress.
It's not too late to prosecute Obama for illegally spying on Trump.
No person is above the law, right?
The Radical Left has been attacking the mainstream Supreme Court judges because they are following the constitution and ruling against the Dem Party's anti-constitution agenda.
President Trump has immunity from the corrupt Democrat Party ludicrous politically motivated prosecution that's purpose is to prevent him from being elected.

The court could have taken the case back in December & they knew that more then likely it would end up in their hands anyway. They said no & have been sitting on their priveledged, holier then thou well fed asses since April when they finally heard arguements at the last minute. Trump's lackeys on the court have given Trump the immunity that he begs for with their delay.

Who in their right mind would trust them especially Thomas & Alito who are on the take & both a couple of Trump MAGA stooges?

Rep. John Culberson (R-Texas) accused the Justice Department of failing to cooperate with a Civil Rights Commission investigation into the handling of the 2008 incident in which Black Panthers in intimidating outfits and wielding a club stood outside a polling place in Philadelphia.

Holder said that he declined to prosecute "his people"

That's OK. The SCOTUS doesn't trust Eric Holder. Neither do I.
