you mean British ones?.....and there are a hell of a lot of Brits and Aussies and Canadians now playing in major rolls on TV here.....

Yes and no. One of the things we make are good television shows that appeal to a global audience, but the continent is providing stiff competition. Such examples includer Wallander, Forbrydelson, Borgan, Arne Dahl, Mammon, The Bridge, Engrenages and Braquo.

the only one i have heard of is the bridge.....they did a version over here that lasted 2 seasons....
