Isn't is amazing that with all the talk about how "extreme" the right is...that over and over again...the violence overwhelmingly is done by the left? Jan. 6th gave the left the means to claim that conservatives were trying to overthrow the country...an amazing claim considering that it was a protest that turned violent...lasted less than 24 hours...had Congress back in session the next day and the only person that was killed was an unarmed conservative protester! Now compare THAT to dozens of riots by the left that lasted months...caused billions of dollars in damage and dozens of deaths! Who's REALLY extreme in this country?

No I'm looking at it logically. If someone incites / appeals to extremists this is a end result. Are you trying to say trump didn't / doesn't attempt to incite people. LOL , that's an impossible task for anyone , don't even bother. Blame is something stupid people do. I prefer to look at cause and affect / effect when it comes to human relationships and interactions. Emotions simply cloud the picture and don't allow a clear understanding of what and why these nasty interactions occur.

That would be the right ,practically all republicans are now extremists and those who aren't are outcasts.trump attacked 19 republicans so far. You can be sure most of them were moderates. The republican base also has a lot of extremists. The left has extremists but they are much less in numbers and more importantly in power. That makes the right the bigger problem. Wait til trump loses in November ,the right-wing extremists will be crawling out of the woodwork.

I personally believe the internet and hyper-partisan atmosphere that trump largely created is a root cause. People weren't meant to be " on " all the time.
