1. Having been brought up in a secular nation, particularly a secular school system, most government school grads refuse to accept the concept of 'evil' as a motivating force in society....and some even break out in laughter when the personification of evil, Satan, is mentioned.
Almost as much sneering as when believers refer to God.
Yet they're down with the idea of atoms.

I am sure there are some people who object to that since there have been claims that electron microscopes have imaged atoms. And...there certainly is plenty of 'indirect evidence' of evil....

There is, of course, undeniable evidence of evil throughout history.

4. Perhaps it is simple the slight of hand that evil often uses, changes nomenclature and semantics: we use the terms Nazism and Communism and Fascism, Leftists all, for place savers for 'evil.'
Just as illegal operations use 'shell corporations' to launder their ill-gotten gains, evil uses more contemporary 'shell political doctrines,' such as socialism, Liberalism or Progressivism.
Can we just believe their own words?

Trachtenberg worked tirelessly to gain a strangle hold on the culture....and to hide terms like Communist and Socialist.
Any study of either the aims, or final destination for society, will show that all six
Nazism and Communism and Fascism or Progressivism or Socialism, or Liberalism.....are largely in agreement.
And all qualify as evil.
