Obama rejected the 1.8% military pay raise and only ok'd a 1% raise for FY14, while he increased spending on welfare handouts to his friends.

The bottom enlisted make below the poverty rate yet all we hear from Obama is that people making minimum wage are being screwed, not the troops being shot at for less than $9/hr.
