How exactly do you think Trump went Birther in 2011 because of a promotional pamphlet he didn't know about until 2012?

And really- can't you even get the fact rights in your own citation- Barack Obama's book said he was born in Hawaii- the dust jacket never said anything about him being born in Kenya- it was a promotional brochure for aspiring author Barack Obama that apparently no one read until 2012.
