It was constructed as result of inter-governmental agreement between Lebanon and Turkey.
The installed capacity is 205 MW.
The ship is being leased to Lebanon for the next 3 years to support the electricity generation of the capital (Beirut).

Geez could you find a link in English?

Looks like a nat gas peaker plant. Where will they get the natural gas?

3 powerships already produce electricity for Basra, Iraq.

As for the engines.
After googling a bit, it seems they're partly powered by MAN Diesel engines from Germany, and Wärtsilä engines from Finland.

There are 3 more powerships under construction.

There are listed 4 ships under construction, but one is the "Fatmagül Sultan", which was sent to Beirut today.
